NVIDIA footy offer terms and conditions

1. Definitions:

1. 1. "Business Days" refers to weekdays (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
   2. “Eligible Superhero Account(s)” refers to the following Superhero account types: individual, minor, company, or trust accounts. SMSF accounts are excluded from this Promotion.
   3. "Eligible Customer(s)" refers to an individual who participates in the Promotion by depositing a minimum of A$100 within 30 calendar days of signing up for a Superhero account and is over the age of 18.
   4. "New Customer(s)" means an individual Superhero customer whose name and date of birth and/or address have been verified on the Superhero platform and who has not previously signed up for a Superhero account. 
   5. "Promotion" refers to the Superhero Footy Promotion conducted by Superhero.
   6. "Promotional Link" a unique url offered to Eligible Customers that can be used to activate the Promotion.
   7. "Promotional Reward" refers to the one off credit of US$10 of NVIDIA shares to an Eligible Customer’s Superhero account.
   8. "Superhero" refers to the promoter of the Promotion, Superhero Markets Pty Ltd (ABN 36 633 524 261), an investment and superannuation platform.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

New Customers are eligible to earn US$10 in NVIDIA shares where they have:

1. 1. Signed up to an Eligible Superhero Account  using a unique Promotional Link. Where the unique Promotional Link is not used a New Customer will not be eligible for the Promotion.
   2. Created an Eligible Superhero Account that complies with both these terms and conditions and the Superhero Terms & Conditions.
   3. Deposited A$100 or more into their Superhero Wallet within 30 calendar days of signing up for an Eligible Superhero account.
   4. Employees, officers and agents of Superhero are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotional Reward:

1. 1. New Customers will have  their Promotional Reward credited to their Eligible Superhero Account within 5 Business Days of successfully funding their account in accordance with the eligibility criteria in Section 2 of these terms.
   2. Please note, the actual value of the shares in your account may differ slightly from US$10 due to fluctuations in the share price of NVIDIA between the time of purchase and the time the shares are allocated to your Eligible Superhero Account.

4. Superhero Footy Promotion Restrictions:

1. 1. Promotional Rewards cannot be earned by creating multiple Superhero accounts. New accounts created with the same mobile number as an existing account will not be eligible for the Promotional Reward and Promotional Rewards accrued in separate Superhero accounts cannot be combined.
   2. Eligible Customers are responsible for any tax consequences that may arise from the redemption or use of Superhero Promotional Rewards.

5. Termination and Changes:
6. 1. Superhero reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate the terms of this Promotion or an Eligible Customer’s participation in this Promotion. Any changes will be communicated to Eligible Customers and will only be made for valid reasons, such as compliance with applicable laws, unforeseen circumstances or due to a violation of these terms or the Superhero Terms & Conditions.
   2. Superhero may review and investigate all activities by Eligible Customers and suspend Superhero accounts or modify Promotional Rewards at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

6. Legal:

1. 1. For Eligible Customers who have agreed to both these terms and conditions and the Superhero Terms & Conditions, these will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.
   2. Superhero reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modifications on the Superhero website and these revised terms will become effective at that time. Agreement to these terms or continued participation after any modification constitutes consent to such modifications.
