QFF ‘Transfer In Offer’ Details

Overview of Offer

In addition to the Qantas Frequent Flyer (“QFF”) Offer for full brokerage AU trading and FX Transfers from AUD to USD, eligible customers are able to earn Qantas Points when they transfer a minimum of either AU$10,000 or  USD$10,000 worth of Australian or US shares into their Superhero Trading account (‘Transfer In Offer’). 

1. Definitions:

1. ‘Eligible Customers’ means the customers who meet all the criteria in section 4 of these Terms and Conditions to be eligible to receive the benefits of this Transfer In Offer.
2. ‘Eligible Share Transfers’ means share transfers into a Superhero Trading account of a minimum of either AU$10,000 worth of Australian shares or US$10,000 worth of US shares.
3. ‘Individual Customer(s)’ means an individual Superhero customer whose name and date of birth and/or address have been verified on the Superhero platform.
4. ‘Offer Period’ means the period the Transfer In Offer is available for customers to participate in from 9:00am (AEST) on 3 October 2023 until 11:59pm (AEST) on April 30 2024.
5. ‘QFF’ means Qantas Frequent Flyer.

2. General:

1. Eligibility for this offer is subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as both the Superhero Terms and Conditions and the QFF Program Terms and Conditions.
2. The earning and redemption of Qantas Points are subject to the QFF Program terms and conditions that Qantas may vary from time to time.
3. Qantas Points are not transferable, other than in accordance with the QFF Program terms and conditions.
4. Qantas Points are not redeemable for cash. 
5. To ensure fairness, both current and prospective Superhero customers will be eligible for the Transfer In Offer, so long as they are also QFF members and Eligible Customers.
6. Superhero reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time.

3. Transfer In Offer:

1. Sign up for a Superhero Trading account and verify your email address.
2. Go to ‘Profile’ in your Superhero account and link your QFF account – you must be a QFF member and have linked your QFF account to your Superhero Trading account before you are able to earn Qantas Points (instructions on how to link your QFF account can be found here).
3. Ensure you meet the criteria of an Eligible Customer for this offer (outlined below) and are within the Offer Period (shares must be received into your Superhero Trading account prior to the end date of the Offer Period.
4. Complete the share transfer form to transfer a minimum of either AU$10,000 worth of Australian shares or US$10,000 worth of US shares.
5. Receive 10,000 bonus Qantas Points into your QFF account for an Eligible Share Transfer which will be credited to your QFF account 120 days after the share transfer has been completed.
   

4. Eligible Customers:

a. To be eligible for the Superhero QFF Transfer In Offer you must:

1. have a verified Superhero Trading account; 
2. be 18 years of age or over; 
3. have a valid QFF member number in your own name (see section 5 below);
4. have linked your QFF account to your Superhero account from the ‘Profile’ tab in your Superhero account; 
5. complete an Eligible Share Transfer into a Superhero Trading account during the Offer Period of a minimum of either AU$10,000 worth of Australian shares or US$10,000 worth of US shares;
6. retain any shares from Eligible Share Transfers in your Superhero Trading account for 120 days or more without transferring these shares out of your account; 
7. be either a new or existing Superhero customer who has not previously redeemed the Transfer In Offer by making an Eligible Share Transfer in AU or US shares (offer can only be redeemed once by each Individual Customer up to a maximum of 10,000 QFF points and cannot be redeemed multiple times by the same Individual Customer holding more than one account in their name); and
8. have the shares in your Superhero Trading account by the end date of the Offer Period.

5. QFF Membership:

1. If you have an existing QFF account, you can provide your QFF number to Superhero using the Superhero trading platform.
2. If you are not an existing QFF member, Superhero and Qantas are pleased to offer complimentary QFF membership to Superhero customers with an Australian residential address (valued at $99.50 incl. GST). If you are not a QFF member, join for free here.
3. Superhero is unable to refund a QFF membership fee if you sign up to the QFF Program via another medium, method or channel.
