1. Definitions:
   1. 1. 1. ‘Eligible Customer(s)’ means customers who meet all the criteria in section 4 of these Terms and Conditions to be eligible for this 1,000 Qantas Points Offer.
         2. ‘Eligible Trade(s)’ means AU or US buy trades, executed where full brokerage is charged ($2 brokerage for all trades up to $20,000 or 0.01% brokerage for trades above $20,000, in respective currencies). $0 brokerage trades are excluded.
         3. ‘Individual Customer(s)’ means an individual Superhero customer whose name and date of birth and/or address have been verified on the Superhero platform.
         4. ‘Offer Period’ means from 9:00am AEDT on 16 October 2024 to whenever Superhero provides notice that the offer will terminate.
         5. ‘QFF’ means Qantas Frequent Flyer.
         6. ‘SMSF’ means Self Managed Super Fund.
         7. ‘Welcome Offer’ means any promotion/s previously offered to you within your Superhero trading account that you have previously accepted and utilised.

2. General:
   1. 1. 1. Eligible Customers will earn Qantas Points with Superhero subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Superhero Terms and Conditions.
         2. The earning and redemption of Qantas Points are subject to the QFF Program Terms and Conditions that Qantas may vary from time to time.
         3. Qantas Points are not transferable, other than in accordance with the QFF Program Terms and Conditions.
         4. Qantas Points are not redeemable for cash.
         5. Any trades made within Superhero Super are excluded from this offer.
         6. Pending and cancelled trades are excluded from this offer.
         7. Any trades made by SMSF Superhero accounts are not eligible for this 1,000 Qantas Points Offer.
         8. Superhero reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time at its discretion. In case of offer termination, we commit to provide a week’s notice to eligible customers.

3. 1,000 Qantas Points Offer:
   1. 1. 1. This promotion offers Eligible Customers the chance to earn a total of 1,000 Qantas Points where:
            1. you complete your first Eligible Trade within 30 days of signing up for a Superhero Trading account or;
            2. you are an existing Superhero customer who has not yet traded on the platform (the offer is valid for existing customers for 30 days from the beginning of the Offer Period); and
            3. you have not previously utilised any existing Welcome Offer.
         2. Go to ‘Profile’ in your Superhero account and link your QFF account - you must be a QFF member and have linked your QFF account to your Superhero Trading account BEFORE you are able to earn Qantas Points (instructions on how to link your QFF account can be found here).
         3. Ensure you meet the criteria of an Eligible Customer for this offer and are within the Offer Period.
         4. Place one Eligible Trade during the Offer Period.
         5. A one-time credit of 975 Qantas Points will be applied to your QFF account, plus an additional 25 points as part of the ongoing offer.

Qantas Points will be credited to your account within 30 days from the moment an Eligible Trade is completed. You can view the Qantas Points credited to your account by logging into www.qantas.com/frequentflyer.

4. Eligible Customers
   
   To be eligible for the ‘1,000 Qantas Points Offer’, customers must:
   1. 1. 1. Be a QFF member (see section 5 below).
         2. Have or signed up to a verified Superhero trading account.
         3. Be 18 years of age or older.
         4. Have a valid QFF number in your own name and be eligible to have Qantas Points credited to your nominated QFF program membership account.
         5. Provide Superhero with your QFF number and link it to your Superhero account using the ‘Profile’ tab of the Superhero platform BEFORE trading on the Superhero platform (you will NOT earn Qantas Points on Eligible Trades that occur BEFORE you provide and link your QFF number).
         6. Only link your QFF number to one Superhero account in your name (offer can only be redeemed once by each Individual Customer on the Superhero platform and Individual Customers may not link QFF numbers to multiple Superhero accounts in their name).
         7. Complete an Eligible Trade in your Superhero trading account during the Offer Period within 30 days of signing up for new customers or within 30 days of the Offer Period commencing for existing customers.

5. QFF Membership
   1. 1. 1. If you have an existing QFF account, you can provide your QFF number to Superhero using the Superhero trading platform.
         2. If you are not an existing QFF member, Superhero and Qantas are pleased to offer complimentary QFF membership to Superhero customers with an Australian residential address (valued at $99.50 incl. GST). If you are not a QFF member, join for free here.
         3. Superhero cannot refund a QFF membership fee if you sign up to the QFF program via another medium, method or channel.
